Our Hiring Process

We know the process may feel challenging at times, but we’re here to make it a little easier for you.
Step1

Talent Team Introduction

After you apply, our talent team will review your application. If there’s a potential match, they’ll schedule a 30-minute call to discuss your experience, location, salary expectations, and notice period.
Step2

Meet the Hiring Manager

You’ll have a 60-minute interview with the hiring manager to discuss your skills and how you can contribute to the mission. We recognise that interviews can be challenging for some, so to ensure we don’t overlook any top talent, we ask all candidates to complete a job-relevant task designed to highlight your abilities.
Step3

Meet some of the team

A 30-minute meeting with some existing team members. This is where you’ll have the opportunity to learn all about life at iGas and ask any of those tricky questions you might not want to ask your potential manager!

Work-life Balance

Overtime Policy
At iGAS, we like to prioritise the wellbeing of our team members and recognise the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

To support this, we aim to avoid scheduling work on weekends whenever possible. We believe that allowing our employees to recharge and spend quality time with their families and friends is crucial for their overall happiness and productivity.

By minimising weekend work, we hope to foster a more positive and sustainable work environment for everyone. If weekend working is unavoidable TOIL or payment can be claimed. Overtime Policy also includes Site Day Allowance which can be requested on business trips of 3 nights or longer.

Professional Development:
At iGAS, we are deeply committed to supporting the professional development of our employees, fostering both growth and success.

We achieve this by creating tailored individual training plans that align with each team member’s goals and aspirations, ensuring they receive the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles. Our mentoring programs provide valuable guidance and support, allowing employees to learn from experienced colleagues within the organisation.

Additionally, we recognise the importance of professional credentials, and, upon agreement, we cover the cost of memberships to relevant professional bodies, empowering our team to stay connected, informed, and ahead in their respective fields. Together, these initiatives reflect our dedication to nurturing talent and enabling career progression.
