The Role
We are seeking an experienced Principal Project Manager to lead high‐value engineering projects across process, instrumentation, electrical, and mechanical disciplines. The role is for a senior engineer who will be part of the leadership team. Responsibilities for projects is to manage these from order through the design lifecycle to the site installation and commissioning, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. The role requires the ability to manage multiple projects at different stages simultaneously. You will play a pivotal role in shaping project strategy, driving innovation, and representing iGAS with professionalism to clients and partners worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire project teams, setting clear expectations and driving performance.
Manage end-to-end project delivery: design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover.
Build strong relationships with customers, contractors, and suppliers worldwide.
Oversee technical proposals, quotations, and vendor approvals.
Ensure compliance with ISO9001, health & safety, and statutory requirements.
Champion innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Act as the focal point for client support contracts and spare parts management.

About You

Proven experience managing large, complex engineering projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Technical expertise in process, mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation engineering.
Track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
