We are pleased to welcome Rodica Raileanu as a new member of the iGAS team.
Rodica has joined us as Office Administrator, where she supports the day-to-day organisation of the office, assists our teams. She is also involved in finance-related activities, an area she is keen to develop further and is particularly excited to explore.
Since joining, Rodica has quickly settled in and describes the team as friendly, welcoming, and supportive. She appreciates the steep learning curve and is motivated by the opportunity to continuously grow and take on new challenges.
Rodica chose iGAS because she felt her skills aligned well with the role and was impressed by the company’s genuine focus on employee development and well-being. Through her interview experience with Louise and Lesley she confirmed that iGAS was the right next step in her professional journey.
