Leadership update at iGAS Technology Solutions

A significant milestone in the iGAS journey—please see the message below from Robert Lee:

“I’m pleased to share an important leadership update at iGAS Technology Solutions.

After 25 years with the business, including serving as Managing Director for much of that time, I will be transitioning into the role of Business Development Director and part-time Chairman from 1 July.

This transition is part of a planned evolution for iGAS—allowing us to sharpen our focus on strategic growth, customer engagement, and expanding our position in the industrial gases and clean energy sectors.

I’m delighted that Duncan Marshall will be stepping into the role of Managing Director. Duncan brings extensive industry experience and strong leadership capability, and over the past two years has built a deep understanding of our business, our delivery model, and our clients. I have every confidence in his ability to lead iGAS through its next phase.

I would also like to recognise Brian Turner, my co-founder, whose contribution has been fundamental in building iGAS into the business it is today.

As we move forward, our focus remains clear:

• Supporting our clients with innovative, reliable engineering solutions
• Expanding our presence in clean energy and industrial gas markets
• Building on our reputation for delivering high-value, low-risk project outcomes.
• I’m excited to spend more time working directly with clients and partners as we continue to grow and develop new opportunities.
