iGAS provides a comprehensive support service to your industrial gases systems. Our knowledgeable and skilled engineers are all experienced in the industry, the majority of which have in excess of 10 years experience. iGAS have recently invested in a company van, to further enhance our support abilities. This has been fitted out with an extensive selection of standard parts, to allow for most call outs to be dealt with without the worry of long lead times.

iGAS will always respond quickly to all support queries. Our IT support system records details of each support case, a unique Issue Tracking ID number is assigned and these details are then available to all engineers within iGAS to ensure the most up-to-date information is available to all. Our support email address is automatically forwarded to multiple engineers who will receive your request on their Blackberry smart phones and email accounts.

Our annual support packages are tailored to suit your needs and generally include:

iGAS employ various remote access technologies on our gas processing systems to allow quick response and solve more than 95% of problems without the need for a site visit. These technologies vary from the trusted dial-up-modem, Siemens  S7 Teleservice Modems, GPRS, ADSL and IP technologies. The technology will vary according to the customer and IT security policies. Connections will be protected by a  firewall where appropriate and we always recommend the customer leaves the cable disconnected until support is required. Software packages employed include Siemens Teleservice, PCAnywhere and LogmeIn.

iGAS have a 100% client retention rate. This is due in no small part to the level of support we give our customers. We offer flexible and customised Service and Support Agreements to meet your requirements and through these we hope to earn your loyalty with quality and value.
