Within IGAS we have a core competency of in-depth process/technical know-how of gas generation and and air separation plant. This has been developed from many years of experience in gases engineering, equipment manufacture and operations. This enables us to offer full ‘turnkey’ projects for gas generation and air separation plants including control system upgrades, additional plant automation, plant optimisation, new plant installation and commissioning.

Gas Distribution Systems
Our system solutions have been developed from many years of experience in gases engineering, equipment manufacture and operations. The end result is a range of system solutions that are tailored to the Clients’ exact requirements, easy to operate and cost effective for the modern process industry.
Our gas distribution systems are designed to ensure gas is constantly (or on demand) provided to multiple (as required) points of use, whilst providing the highest level of safety. Each system is tailored to the Clients process (flow required), operational (daily running hours) and location (where space is an issue) requirements. Gas source can be from high pressure gas cylinders or liquid supply.

Our gas mixing systems are designed to ensure gas is constantly (or on demand) provided to multiple (as required) points of use, whilst providing the highest level of safety. Each system is tailored to the Clients process (flow required), operational (daily running hours) and location (where space is an issue) requirements. Gas source can be from high pressure gas cylinders or liquid supply.
Gases are dynamically mixed on line, with all types of mixtures catered for.
